revving that high just leaving u bouncing down the road. I rev mine between 1.5-2.5k . I get pretty good jumps on people.

it all depends on your car and tires. if you have good tires that are sticky you can launch it off in vtec. if not just around 3.5-4 should be good with just ok tires. at the track its diff. cuz you have to adjust to the track which is usually higher revs but on street its also diff. so you can't really find out whats the best untill you know what tires you have and how those tires grip in the diff. settings.

you really jsut have to find what is good for ur own setup. Me, i can go to two different strips and launch two completely different ways. In Gainesville, FL i launch around 2-3k. In Holt, FL i launch around 5k. YOu just need to find out what gives you the best times. You never know. Spinning some in first could give you a better time rather than feathering the clutch.

i normally feather the clutch out from about 4k but when i was at the track i feathered it out from almost 5.5k and got my best time as well as 60'. Its hell on the clutch so i would let it cool between runs.
