Its not wired, But fog light wiring is not complicated. Honda has a kit PN-08V31-S30-100. If its still available.

http://www.handa-accessories.com

5th Gen fog light kit for $250. It comes with everything you need, including the wiring harness which plugs directly into your stock harness. The entire thing is plug-n-play since it's an official Honda system made specifically for our cars.

This is the USDM fog kit. If you want the JDM ones, look to spend a little more. Did you even go to the site?

those are JDM foglights, you can get the replica kit for 200-250. the real ones brand new are usually over 300$ by a little bit. remember that the interior switch won't work with your coin pocket. so either get a USDM switch or look into having the JDM switch mounted somewhere else.
