i've tried my brother 94 accord and pushing the clutch is easier and lighter.. why is it that i my prelude clutch is hard? is it really suppose to be like that and what does that mean when its hard? thanks

 

You're suppose to have a stiff clutch. Its just that you have a newer clutch and its not as worn down...If you think your stock clutch is stiff, get a racing one, cause they're stiffer and better than a stock one

 

I've never tried an Accord, but I've tried a Civic clutch and you're right. They are not as stiff as the Preludes. I like the stiffer clutch though...

my car is almost 11 yrs. and even my clutch master cylinder is leaking a little bit. does anybody know how much it cost?

 

a really soft clutch (softer than normal) means that the clutch is wearing out or that it's burnt out. Yah, on my friend's civic the clutch is easier to depress.

 

my clutch was VERY hard and i it started slipping so i got my clutch changed... but its still VERY hard and it works fine.... i dont mind tho.. but u should see the muscles on my left leg..lol
