Default Pullys and Flywheel

i was doing some small research on these two items for a wide variety of cars. I notice that these two items when put in together can yield some good HP but not much TQ. My question is if anybody saw a difference with these items put on? and how much HP did your lude acquire

Since I got my Fidanza Flywheel and my Exedy clutch on there it made quite a difference in acceleration. I don't know about horsepower gains though, but Acceleration

With an ACT Flywheel, I went from 13.7 1/4 mile times down to 13.5!

Your engine doesn't actually make more horsepower when you lighten a part that it's moving. IMHO, isn't that like asking how much more HP you'll make if you take out your seat cushions?

BTW, how fast does a flywheel spin? Like, compared to RPM?

HP = (TQ * RPM)/5252
