Default problems with lights

just wondering if anyone seen anything like this before, my lights go sometimes but dont go other times?, that is headlight and full beams. My parklights still go and so do the tail lights, when the headlights are not working the light on the dashboard to indicate that full beams are not working will not switch on either. the headlights only seem not to work when the car is cold or it has just been raining the rest of the time they are fine. anyone have any ideas?

please tell us what kind of car your driving, it'll help with your problem. it could be anything. faulty wires/bulbs/fuse? check those out.

okay am driving 1995 honda prelude h22a, yeah um checked bulbs is not that, checked switch not that either possibly fuse but it is not blown, because they go sometimes may be lose but is hard to tell as fuse box is all written in japanese and i dont understand it, so yeah but i looked in fuse box it does not seen to be a faulty fuse, do they have a night/day sensor? or maybe some sort of coil to maintain voltage? thank in advance for your help
