Default lights problems

Hello I am new here and I have a question I recently purchased a 94 civic coupe, but it has one little problem. When I turn the light switch one click the day time lights come on but when I turn it all the way for night driving the headlights come on but the tail lights dont at all. All the bulbs are the correct one and are brand new. The blinkers work but nothing else. Anyone have any ideas?

Your tail lights should come on with the parking lights as well.

replace the fuse, it's located in the fuse box on the driver's side under the steering column, i was pulled over because the fuse popped, your hazards will work with the fuse blown though

hit your hazards once and see if the lailights turn on, if they dont there's a disabled harness somewhere, did you check your relays, under the hood?

your owners manual, the relay box should be next to battery, should have a diagram on it or on the underside stating which one is what
