Well on my way home today i feel a huge loss of power in my car. I look down and the check engine light is on. So i pull over and jump the code and it shows code 9 which is the CYP sensor. Assuming that the wiring is all intact when i look through it..should i just go ahead and replace the entire distributor????

 

Could be wiring....are you using the jdm internal coil distributor?

 

Well im using an internal coil distributor....But as far as it being off of a JDM H22 i wouldnt know..My shady tree mechanic rigged something up before i got my car back
