So my damn car failed (FML). Here are the results:
At 15 mph: FAILED
%CO2 Meas = 14.8
%O2 Meas = .1
HC (PPM) MAX 58, AVE: 9, MEAS 59
CO (%) MAX: .52, AVE: .02, MEAS .06
NO (PPM) MAX 451, AVE 57, MEAS 925
At 25 mph i passed
%CO2 meas = 14.9
%O2 meas = .0
HC (PPM) MAX 42, AVE: 7, MEAS 42
CO (%) MAX: .50, AVE: .03, MEAS .04
NO (PPM) MAX 738, AVE 50, MEAS 602
Any thoughts on this?
Thanks in advance

There's a few options. From reading around here some would seem to suggest looking into either SMSP or Hytech cats; for something cheaper Magnaflow makes decent ones for under $100.

this piece of junk failed AGAIN. After I cleaned out the EGR and replaced the Cat. This car has been a NIGHTMARE!
The No went from 925 to 717. HC went down as well.

Haha when we tested my h22'd Accord in school, it went so high that the computer screen had to go up like 5 pages haha I think it hit like 14900. Thank god for OBD1

Since you have high numbers on everything, I would check your timing: engine and ignition. Over advanced timing can cause readings over double the limit. I know this from experience, as mine was triple on everything - both driving and idle tests.
I had a blown ect sensor and the previous owner covered this problem up by plugging the ect harness into the rear rad switch. After fixing this problem I still had double the readings on everything. I delayed my timing back almost to the max, and put in colder range spark plugs - previous owner had 1 heat range too high for engine, then passed three times under the limits on everything.
I would have suspected the cat, but I knew it was new, and had less than 10,000 kms on it. Engine tune has a huge impact on your readings.
