Default Power window wiring, and blower resistor

1991 Honda prelude. Imported from Germany, no ABS. Trying to undo power window mess made by previous owners. Driver side passenger window would not work, opened up and the wires were cut. Plastic connectors on the back seems to have been cut and removed, homemade soldering. There were several spliced wires, i cut them and crimped them nicely. Fuses for power windows (20 amp for each door) seems to not be connected. Newest update is the power window switches share the same ground. And only one 12V is used for both sides. And the 12V wire is connected on the beneath the bottom row of the fuses for some reason unexplainable to me.

Blower motor resistor is broken, and needs replacement. Can't for the life of me find a replacement on the net. Would appreciate any help what so ever. Pictures can be provided if needed.
