ha ha.... I totally agree with everyone on that has posted. Get your car running first and than think about what you wanna do....just remember to keep it simple for now and get yo **** running. Than when you are a little more involved with your car and understand what to do and not to do you should be able to get a good idea wether you should boost it or not. And what kit to get if you do. Good luck with the car search!
Ya bro after I had my car it took me about a year to really decide on going turbo and what I wanted to do with it, then about another 9months to get together the money while researching, then another 3 months to search even more and then get the kit and install it. I think you should spend a grip of time researching and thinking about what you really want before you spend a penny. Oh ya eBay turbos are crap. And of coarse there are always exceptions but expect to spend about $3,000.00 for a nice street able turbo setup.
Also test drive both a 4’th gen and a 5’th and think about which you really want. And tomorrow go to your local bookstore and pick up Maximum Boost by Corky Bell.
