I might be purchasing some stock pistons off a guy, they came out of a H22 with 15k miles on it. Anyway, I know there are type a and type b, when are type b pistons used? If I buy his set, will they drop in right in mine?

 

the only way to tell the difference on if they will work or not is to see the stamp on the deck of the block

 

he would have to read the letters stamped on his block.
