Default Type R block HELP!

I just bought this block and I just want to assure that this is a real Type R block. All I have is the block. The stamp looks like it's welded or something I'm not sure. Maybe it's normal to be like that? I don't know. Sorry, I posted in the wrong area.

Yes, it's real, but keep in mind, the "block" itself is "exactly" the same P72 block used on all GSR and CTR engines, it's the rotating assemblies that are different!!

I hope you didn't pay extra for an empty block?

I agree. Sigh... The Rods are fine. The crank is not so good.
