Optima Red Top - which model #?
Like the title says. If you have one, let me know which Optima model number it is and what you had to do to make it fit (if anything). This is for a 5th Gen BTW

Yellow Top is a deep cycle battery. If you don't discharge it on a regular basis (running accessories and/or stereo system with the car off for a long period of time), it wears out quickly. Hooked up as a main automtove battery, the alternator is constantly recharging it and it never gets a chance to drain. Its made for use as an auxiliary battery for large stereo systems and for hi-drain apps like cop cars, ambulances, etc.
The Red Top puts out a lot of power and lasts a long time - exactly what I need.
