yes it will come with a ball joint and it will be able to 0 out your camber

I am picking up my 4th gen shell this weekend. Going to start building it into a dedicated Honda Challenge H2 track car soon. I hadn't looked into all of the suspension stuff yet and didn't realize these things weren't available. After knowing how successful the Omni products have been over the last couple years, I thought for sure I would be able to buy their product for this car as well.
Had their front UCA's for my 00 Si and loved them. I actually had a bushing failure on one side, and without hesitation they sent me a new pair to fix the problem. They didn't even require for me to send the broken ones first, they just took my word and sent the new ones. Once received, I replaced the two old ones (one broken, one still in good shape) and mailed them back to Omni. Greatest customer service ever. It sucks when things go wrong and break, but good customer service can always make up for it.

Similar Arms
Well I did a little looking around tonight trying to figure out if the uca on the Prelude and Accord are the same. I couldn't find anything, but they do look very similar.
I was looking on the Mevotech website to see if they had a prelude arm... they don't but they do have a listing for the Accord with very good pictures.

I don't have a spare Prelude uca floating around, but if someone does they might want to compare it to the pics on that page.
It also says that a few different cars use the same arms.

So if the prelude is the same then it should work for all those crazy minvan nuts too.

no SPC uses an adjustable ball joint, they have been known for clearance issues and slipping
