i was driving one day and my 1992 prelude si w/ a h23 suttered and died so i changed the fuel pump cuz i couldnt hear it priming and nothing changed so i figured main relay, bought a new oneand still nothing. so i checked for spark..ya i know a little late. but i wasnt getting anything out of the distributor but i was from the ignition coil so i bought a new disributor and still not getting spark out of it. so im completly confused right now. but also the radiator broke while towing it after it died so right now there is no radiator in it but idk if that has anything to do w/ not getting spark but if anyone has an answer that would be awsome.

 

check your ground strap

ya it trys to crank but doesnt start and a ground strap from wat?

 

So you get spark form the coil but not the distributor? That would mean your new distributor is not working... Did you get an OEM Honda distributor? Any check engine lights?

 

the check engine light does not come on when the ignition is at on like all other cars i have tried

 

If the light NEVER comes on then the bulb is burnt out or you have a bad ECU.

 

Can you still not hear the fuel pump priming

 

check the ground going to the thermostat?
