soo i got everything off to remove oil pump and i found these pics online cause its to dark in my garage to get a good pic but im curious does anyone know how to remove this big washer that is behind the balencer shaft gear ??? its in this pic.


and then in this pic it looks like the unscrewed a end piece or something cause then the end of the balencer shaft gear is differnt then the first pic.


and if you dont kno by now im talking about the right hand side balence gear if looking at these pics.

 

Leave it all alone. The balance shaft will pull out of the block with the oil pump.

 

I could but this one isn't my motor mine is still in vehicle don't think I have enough clearance to pull out.
