Hello HT. I have been around the hondas for many years, and this has me stumped.

Morning, car starts right up, like normal.
I drive to work, all good!
If I try to start the car after ive turned it off and let it sit a min, it will start up like on three cylinders, missing and sounding like a subauru.
Rev it a sec and it clears up. all is normal untill I shut it off and try to start it again after a few minutes.

The coil checks out fine.
all spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, all is faily new.
new fuel filter too.
I do have a lot on moisture out the exhaust, could a bad headgasket cause this? maybe filling up a cylinder with water and making it hard to start?
Injectors check out, nothing is sticking open.

Any other ideas of what i can check?
The ignitor is faily new as well.
