OBD help

Well i just got my 5th generation and the check engine light is on. The OBD code was P1259, which is low v-tec oil pressure. Has anyone had experience with this problem? The engine seems to run fine except there is an absurdly loud tick coming from the head.

is the oil light on the dash. your oil pump may have crapped out.

yeah thats what i thought but only the engine light is on. I will have to look into it more tho

Check your oil level
