Water by itself doesn't have any anti-corrosive stuff in it. Redline Water Wetter has some in it. A lot of people running water (me included) run straight water with water wetter or other corrosion inhibitors.
Many sets of racing rules don't even let you run antifreeze because it is slippery on the track when you crack open your radiator (Or, when you blow your head gasket and a rad hose pops off... oopsies!)

Ok, great... I IM-ed a H-T member which sells them for a really good price!
About the 50/50 mix.
Just normal water from the tap will do?
And I don't know if the coolant fluid I bought some weeks ago is Redline water wetter, but any coolant fluid can be mixed with water?
