Default need help!! please

heres the deal. something is wrong with my prelude its a non sh AUTO.its a 98 prelude. i did a tuneup on the car(cap,rotor,plugs,fuel filter,oil) instead of 5w30 i used 10w40 cuz i had no oil and it was late. heres the problems

when driving the car it has no power and it feel very very sluggish
2nd is the exhaust keeps putting out all this blk sutt on the rear bumper and if u gun the car is leave a cloud of blk smog.. please if any1 knos whats wrong please pm me or respond back here. thanks.

you're burning.. you guessed right. OIL ! change your oil again and see what happens.. i use 10w30 mobil1, i run rich too but mine is manageable

its most likely your pistons rings are gone.

you are loosing compression...need new rings...do a compression test

thanks for the help. also it keeps throwing a toorich.too lean code and misfire codes.

Sounds like you might not have put the plug wires back on in the correct order.

heres how i have it from the belt side is 1

on if u were to look at the dist on the side from bottom from left to right

BL-1 BR2-TL3-TR4

That should never be the first suggestion. His problem is the rich code. Try a new o2 sensor. Check to make sure the catalytic isn't clogged....

the car is throwing a too rich/too lean cel also misfire cels. cat. was just replaced. if its the o2 wouldnt the cel light come on for that?

well i finally got the cel light off by changing the o2 sensor. but the car is still spitting out blk stuff(alot of it). also car still kinda studders when taking off. any help would be great.

Check your cam and ignition timing, the other 02 sensor and maybe the cat.

did all that changed both o2 brand new cat.. also i pulled the plugs out and for some reason cyliner 4's sparkplug is blk the other 3 is koo. can this be caused by a bad fuel injector??
