Lately my 98 GSR with 103k on it has been consuming a lot of oil. .5 qt every week or two ( I use mobile 1 10W-30). I have no leaks and I dont notice and smoke while I drive. Today I did a compression test on it and is 210 in all cylinders... Where the hell is my oil going??

 

Does anyone know whats wrong??

is it just mobil one or is it because its synthetic...cause isnt synthetic thinner

 

do a compression..leak down test..could be that u fried some rings..
