Ok guys I need help I'm new to this site. I have a 93 prelude with the h23a1 love it. I recently snaped a timing belt and bent valves and the hole 9 yards so I rebilt the head with new valves and gaskets and everything. Started it up for the first time today. It seems to run great outher then I cant get it to rev above 4000rpms its almost like its hiting a rev limiter or something but when it dose it I can hear something under the dash clicking every time it cuts out like a relay or something I'm lost ? Please help its my only ride

 

have you check to see that your timing is correct?
