need help

my 98 lude has like a winding noise coming from the motor as the rpms go up the noise does to when i step on the clutch it gets more quiet any ideas what this could be? thanx

maybe your belts need to be tighten or replaced

all belts r brand new i also had the timing done with a new tensioner
