A supercharger is the only alternative that is going to give a NICE gain in torque.

Simple NA bolt-ons will only give you a little more torque.

I agree with the supercharger. I just dynod mine at 240whp and 200wtq yesterday and I have 6lb JRSC, stock exhaust (better for torque), dc ceramic header, 2.5" testpipe, AEM CAI, AEM underdrive pulleys, AEM fuel rail, 255 Fuel pump, Hondata IM gasket, VAFC and a wideband to tune with. I recommend keeping the stock exhaust and if not supercharging, have a CAI, underdrive pulleys and get rid of that cat.

hey by the way. what's the stock horsepower to the wheels of a 5th gen 5 speed base model? Is there a formula or something for converting crank horsepower to wheel horsepower?

generally driveline losses are ~20% of total (crank) power on most cars.

that's a rule of thumb, it's different for every car (ie even one prelude to the next).

Not true. You could always stroke it to like 2.7 or whatever it is. Has any one here at honda tech done that?
