i am having trouble with my map sensor! (on TB on a 2000 Prelude) sometimes my car will not start and if i wiggle the sensor the car will start right up. could it be possible if my map sensor could be going out? or could it just be a bad connection?

any help would be appreciated

has the check engine light come on at all? check to see if any codes have ben set. and are you sure its not cowincidence(sp?) that it just starts after you crank it for a second and then get out and "wiggle" that wire and it starts?

 

the C/E light never came on. it dont think its coincidence, cause i had my wife try and start it while i wiggled the connection, and i almost hit my head on the hood cause when it started it scared the crap out of me. im almost positive that it has something to do with the wires or the connection.
