hey guys, ive got an h22 in my accord and i believe the map sensor is defective.
i bought one off the net that i thought was generic for all honda's engines between 92-97.

Is the h22's map sensor located in a "mysterious" black box in front of the passenger on the firewall in the engine bay.

Am i looking in the right spot? Do i have the right sensor? I havent been able to find a map sensor that looks like the first picture or one with the same part number

Can anyone comment on this? Or solve all my problem

that does look like the map sensor. H22 map sensors look different than other honda map sensors. they are the box design. check if it has a 3 wire harness going into it and if one vacuum hose is going into it. if this criteria holds true, then it is the map sensor.
