Hey what's up guys? I just ran into another problem with my freaking h22... Other than the serious lag that I have (which is pissing me off cuz i don't know why its doing it) my car just stalled out. I moved it from the street into my driveway and let it idle while i listened to a song on the radio and it started to stutter then stall. I ran the check code and it flashed 3 times. From what I found out, 3 flashes = MAP sensor. Am I right with this or no? Also, can I use the map sensor out of my accord motor and put it on the h22a or is it not compatible? Have you tried reseting your ECU? Are you sure you have the right wires hooked up to it? There are different connectors that will hook up to it, so make sure you have the right ones hooked up in the right spot

 

yes an accord map sensor will work.

 

cool.. i hooked it up and the light went out.. no more code.. but i'm still getting lag. i dunno if i did this wrong but maybe someone can help me. i had to replace the vacuum tank and iab solenoid because they were broken from the shipping of the engine. From what i found out, the accord motor doesn't have this tank so i had to run the wire to the ECU. if i'm correct, its pin a19 for this. there was already a wire there so i tapped into it. is this wrong? i couldn't find any information on this. of course i'm still getting my lag.. HELP. lol
