Default Main Relay?

I dont have a helms or any books for the prelude, so I don't know exactly where the main relay on our cars is. I just dropped in the motor 2 days ago after the car sitting for a year and now my relay goes bad, what are the chances of that? so anyways can someone let me know where it is? thanks and I'm thinking its somewhere along the steering column like other hondas but not sure

it's close to there - kind of on the left side of the footwell under the dash. if you get under there and look up you'll see it. i think it's a little grey box.

they're easy to fix. it's a matter of resoldering 4 contacts. They were manufactured defective in that they develop dry solder joints (solder joint cracks and pin doesn't make contact with the board. especially a problem during hot weather when the joints expand)

Saves you $50. Do a search for the write-up.

there's this guy on ebay. search under main relay. he re-solder the joints. I believe he sell it for $28.

someone said to resolder the joints, i guess there might be some specific joints, but i said to hell with it and did them all All you have to do is remove the plastic cover and get yourself a nice soldering iron and redo them and now it works fine so far
