Default LSD recommendations?

Anyone have any recommendations for a quality limited slip differential? Where to get 'em cheap?

For boosted ludes who have LSD installed...how much of a difference did it make?

i'd like to hear this too, cause i got rip my tranny apart soon any ways, my plan was a quiafe but i would like more opinions. My friend has a kaaz lsd in his mr2 which is a helical gear lsd which is kinda noisey around corners (his car atleast). So that is kinda steering me towards a quaife

I picked up a SPOON clutch-type LSD from a member here awhile back. It's still in the box, I haven't had the chance to install it yet.

Anyone know a good place to buy KAAZ LSD tranny fluid from?
