I'm having some lighting issues:
-When headlights are on, third brake light stays on
-Corner lights on when I brake
-Dash lights and stereo lights go out when I brake
-Backlights for entire dash are not working when headlights are on
-When brakes are pressed after keys are taken out of ignition, stereo lights come on

I'm feeling it's a grounding problem. Any insight would be great.

It sounds like it could possibly be specific grounding issues with particular components, not a general grounding problem; like somebody started splicing the grounding wires of some components into the hot wires of others and vice versa.
