Default Knocking badly

Well I recently did the suspension on the car (Knoi/GC) and have ordered Front sway bars (not the stabilizers).. but now I'm getting a knocking sound in the rear of the car.. only happens when I take turn.. louder when I take a left turn at high speeds. I'm not that savvy when it comes to cars but I am learning. Does anyone know what this could be..

also forgot to mention that I am throwing a cel suddenly, it only comes on when I'm driving. when I push the car it comes on.. if I drive like granny everything is all good. its not the O2 cause that has just been changed along with complete tune up.. cel was being thrown before tune up, not only for the cel but because it was needed. I was hoping the tune up would take care of it.. but no..

Thanks
Kage

double check your work and be sure you put all the bolts back in the right place and made sure they're tighten down

I just went out there on my lunch break to just double check I have about an hour break so I just jacked it up and checked... it seems that everything is nice and tight but the tie rod looks a little suspicious.. would that cause my problem.

your CEL sounds like 23, which is knock sensor. my car is the same, only comes on when you push it, but granny driving keeps it off. might want to check that sensor and the wiring going to it (its only one wire, ground goes through the body of the sensor)

you need to pull the code first thing and check for torn bushings on your rear suspension
