jun ecu...
my friend is looking to purchase some jun3's for his prelude...and i was wandering which would be a better idea for the prelude/h22... the jun3 program? or a custom chipped ecu? either way what type of price range is he llooking at...sorry for the newb question
i thought about the same thing but here's why i didn't:
the JUN ECU is OBD I if i'm not mistaken, so your buddy would have to convert
and i don't know if the US Code Readers can read the JDM ECUs. i know it couldn't for mine.
that and it cost a sh*tload of money to get one here.
oh, and JUN only makes the one Profile for the Prelude cams, so they're all a Stage 3 grind i believe.
that said, i think you'll hear Hondata from everyone else's response since chips are too general and not tailored for your specific vehicle.
