JUN cams installed HELP!!
I just installed a JUN cams, valve springs, retainer and cam gears. Together with Ferrea ss valve into my JDM Euro R. But something is wrong, my car is even slower than a bus. No acceleration feeling at all. I am still running a stock Euro R ecu with Mugen manifold and exhaust. The head had received some mild p/p job. Even the shop cannot find out what was wrong. They told me the compression is fine. Anyone have some suggestion? Thanks!
This shop should also have done a leakdown test as well to start trouble shooting. They may have destroyed the valve seats in the port and polishing process.

P.S. Mugen manifold?(!) I guess you mean Mugen exhaust manifold...

This also happened to me. At first, my car felt as if it was hauling a container and as you mentioned there was no kind of acceleration feeling either. Basically, it was an H22a engine with no power at all.
With a slight adjustment of the cam gears, it has gotten much, much better. Work with you cam gears and you should see a noticeable difference. I am waiting to take the car to the dyno and have it completely tuned.

tuning does do wonders, you might want to check the cam gears at tdc and make sure your timing belt isnt off by a tooth. you would know if it was off by a tooth, your car would run like *** not a bus. anyways, double check that, if its fine then you just need a trip to the dyno.

after all those mods, you left out the most important one: dyno tuning. people tend to be cheap when it comes to that. (i'm not saying you're cheap, just speaking generally). you can't just slap **** in your motor and expect it to be faster without tuning. PERIOD. i'm pretty sure you'll see some difference once you have it properly tuned, and my advice to you is don't punch it right now. it is not tuned, and you could end up with more than just a power loss. dyno tuning is worth every penny
OK you're running a STOCK ecm on JUN III cams? No wonder you don't like em... First you need to get either a chipped ecm, Hondata, JUN, etc. Something that is made or can be tuned for the cams. I have a friend that got JUN III in his H22 and left his stock ecm hooked up.. he ran slower times than before the new cams. Then I installed JUN III into my car AND upgraded the ecm... I'm running way faster times and the car is super fun to drive. You really need to spend some time tuning the car. Trust me, you'll love the power you get!
