Installing AVC-R?

Does anyone have a write-up as to how to install an Apex-i AVC-R Boost Controller on a 4th gen (P28 ECU w/ Hondata S300) ?

I know it's a long shot, but I figured I'd ask anyway.

The apexi site seems to be down.... but they do have the installation instructions on the site.
