Default Injector size

I have a 99lude and did the obd2 to obd1 conversion using P13 ecu. I have an idle issue becuz the obd2 290cc injectors are smaller than the obd1 345cc injectors.

If i get a VAFC and tuned down the fuel percentage cuz the H22a is running rich on the P13 ecu anyways, will my idle issues go away? Or will I have to get new injectors?

If i get injectors, will the 390cc RC injectors be too big for the H22a running on a stock P13 ecu??

Yes, your bad idle will go away if you get a VAFC - note: i'm not telling you to buy a VAFC...because i don't know your mods or anything about your vehicle....

...but it will definately do the trick.

u could use the aft to add fuel to the engine, cuz the p13 wants to run more gas thinking u have 345cc's--- U should be able to idle 390's easy i have friends doing so on 440's w/ b20's --

I was able to get mine to idle w/ 550's about 60psi of fuel press w/ an afc

teh 290s flow the same as 345s.

the p13 is mapped for 345cc injectors at 36-40 psi

the p5 whatever is mapped for 290cc injectors at 47-50 psi.

if you do the math you see htey both end up flowing at around 320cc....

it may not have anything to do with the injectors. im jsut stating that the acutal flow of the injectors ends up the same since 345cc and 290cc rating are both at 43 psi, and no h22a in a prelude operates at that pressure stock.
