Just recently my H22a started going to about 1200 rpm and dropping to about 800 rpm in neutral and it will constantly go up and down as if it is trying to turn off and then turn on again. It only happens when you give it gas but not when you start it up. Any suggestions? I am getting it tuned will that help any?
