Default idle drop help

When I turn on my car and I just leave it in idle, sometimes the RPM's drop but then go back up and the lights fade. Now I was wondering if i needed to spark plugs or what the problem is.
Any suggestions would help.
Thanks

Also if i am just like at a stop light. It will drop down sometimes too. Not just in start up.

ps. anyone have a front lip for sale i will be interested! 5th gen.

My 5th gen has that problem. It only does it in the heat when the AC is on.
