Default Idel Issue???

So I have my 93 Si with an H22a in it... Car has had some mods done to the motor. I decided to switch from my stock p13 ECU to a Greedy E Manage system that I had laying around. I found out that when the motor was installed the EGR plug was pluged into the Throttle Postioning Sensor and the EGR valve along with the FITV valves were un pluged or gone around... The car idel'd a little hi around 2k with the EGR plug on the TPS. I had plugged the right plug into the TPS and did TPS mesurment with my E manage. It was 4.17v at 0% trottle and .21 at 100% trottle. The car when you go to get on the gas with the E manage acts as if it has hit fuel cut under 50% or grater trottle. I un plugged the E Manage and now the p13 is installed. The car no longer idels at 2k it goes between 1-3k rpms and smells rich... Is this a TPS sensor that is dead or did the map sensor have a hay day... any advice be helpful.. plan on installing a new TPS sensor friday
