sold the turbo today and im trying to get rid of the injectors.
a buddy of mine is tossing me a decent deal on a Garret GT35/96R and some 1200CC injectors. picking the two up for 1200(trying for less).

Re: IAluder95s Build thread H23vtec Turbo
well i finally got back to this car. i got the explicitspeed bar. very impressed.
well, one of my tranny bolt holes in my block is stripped. badly. i get maybe 3/5 threads at the very end. i have tried to just tap it. still way to loose for my comfort. i thought about lock tight seeing how its just the top two that are bad/decent. but heli coils are where im looking at now. i just dont have 100 bucks to buy a kit for just two holes.
what do you guys think? should i just lock tight the top two? are they really needed?

How much power are you expecting to put down? GT35 is a pretty big turbo. I think that you should drill/tap for a helicoil but then again you might be able to live without it. I don't recall kits being that expensive.
If you have a dremel and a spare bolt you can make your own insertion tool and the STI tap is not terribly expensive. The 'coils might run you a couple bucks apiece though. But much less than $100.
