Default IAB's and boost

did a search on this already but couldn't find anything out.
Is it possible for boost to seal the IAB's so that they will not open? Also, for those of you with h22a's, how many have taken them out?

Not this again...... for an FI car, just take them out, you're not going to make any low end power anyway

That link has got to be the most helpful and most explanatory one I've ever had as an answer! Thanks alstare!!

As for my question, it's not a matter of should I take them out or not, it's rather a question of "are they broken in my car causing my power to not increase with rpm speed" CUz as it stands, at around 4500-4800 the power begins to drop. I used to think it was vtec but after taking it off and running NA, it seems to run fine.

I initally had the idea that my boost was sealing them shut and not allowing them to open, so I'll take it apart and see what I can find.
