Default How Do You Do Your Compression Tests?

I always thought it was four revolutions, and it was easy to do that a while back b/c my battery was a bit weak. But now it cranks pretty darn fast, and the longer I let it crank, the higher the reading i get. So, should i stick w/ a quick crank, or crank it for like 10 seconds to get the highest reading?

i let the motor crank until the needle on the tester will not go up anymore...

the tester will reach a point where no matter how much you turn the motor, the compression reading will not go up any higher...
