hesitation when accelerating(4th gen)
sometimes when i accelerate in my g/f's '93 VTEC, i can feel hesitation..i'm thinking this is possibly due to the cat. I just recently replaced the fuel filter and plugs, and the air filter isn't so bad(gonna replace it with an intake soon)..The only other thing i can think of is possibly the injectors need to be cleaned..any suggestions?

unless the motor is beat the **** up, tune up is the only answer.
i've had 2 4th gen VTEC ludes, and they rock.

well, we could keep on guessing what the problem could be until we drop exhausted, but unless we see/drive the car we can't just tell you what the problem is. it could be a lot of things dude.

My cat. conv. blew up into chunks clogging the exhaust pipe, acceleration reaction lagged, couldnt go over 85, and she just didnt have any umff anymore. Knock w/ a hammer/piece of wood/whatever on the cat (when its cooler preferably) and if you hear $hit rattle around....thats your prob, gut that bad boy and slap it back in there.
