Default Help with TDC(h22)

My engine isnt running right and i thought it was because i didnt have everything set to TDC. Right now the arrows on the cam gears are straight up. Now about the bottom end, is the keyway a TDC mark? Meaning do i match the keyway up with the mark on the oil pump? I was told that the key way is not the tdc mark but there is another hard to see mark. plz help. thanks

Im looking through the helms right now but it doesnt specifally say.

Pull the little rubber plug on the tranny to see the flywheel timing mark. Right below the upper rad. hose...the Helms should tell you more about it...
