Default help with removing panel

hey guys im replacing the speakers on my 4thgen all around and im ok with the back ones but whats the easiest way to access the ones were the door panel is at the side? how do i start taking offf the panel. i would hate to ruin anything. also are they 6.5"?

Yes they are 6.5 also, its a slight pain, best is to get a panel removal tool so you dont break off the damn clips. Ive got the crutchfield master sheet for 4th gen, could possibly email it to you.

the door panels are easy to take off, there are like 5-7 phillips screws that need to be taken off...and then with a little force pull on it and you will hear the plastic lock nuts popping out...watch the plastic piece where your handle is...its easly broken.
