Hello, welcome to H-T. Im gonna try and help you out on having a better experience here, First off be more descriptive with your thread title, Some will not even look at "HELP" Try something like "offset question". The thread is then search friendly also, so when i type "offset" into the search on the top right corner of the screen i come up with things like:
