This plug is a 3 wire (red) (yellow with red stripe) and (white) plug it is located right behind the driver side headlight next to washer fluid res. this is a 1998 Honda prelude base (auto) with h22a4. Any help would be much appreciated. Looked in service manual, Google took off drivers fender and front bumper and I'm coming up blank.

 

Looks to me to be the radiator fan plug.

 

Could be for the cruise control

 

It is Connector C319, for optional security system component. Most likely for the optional siren.
