Default whats this plug for

After i replaced my heater core (which kinda sucked) in my 95 civic i have this mystery plug hanging by the diagnostic plug. It has 3 wires coming from it which are light blue, black w/red stripe, white w/red stripe. Does anybody know what this is for?
My father disassembled the passenger side while i did the drivers side, but i had to put it all back together.

i'm sorry, but did you even read my post? I said its the plug hanging beside my diagnostic plug. Can't you see the diagnostic plug hanging in the picture? (its the one that i am NOT holding).
I am asking about the plug that i am holding in the picture.

ok thanks, that clears things up.
I was also wondering, after i finished putting the dash back together and put back in i couldn't find the plug for the power mirror switch. Do you know what color plug it is? The plugs for the moonroof, cruise control and dimmer switch all are different colors.
I can't seem to find the plug for the power mirrors, anybody know where it might be?

Well, you can also read the post by slowdx9585 a little less harsch and USE the service connector to see if any blinking code appears. If the connector is imporant, there should be a blinking code.
Good luck.
