Default Help with code 12, EGR

Im having a diffucult time getting rid of this code. In the morning when i drive the car it takes about 5 mins for it to come on and then it stays on unless i turn the car off for a little while and then comes again. Ive cleaned the EGR valve on the IM and placed a new gasket. The EGR is composed of the IM sensor and then 3 other sensors, so how do i know which one to change? Does it mean the one on the IM?

My cel comes on and stays on too...but i purposely disabled my EGR. Dont need those nasty, hot exhaust gases poluting my nice clean, cold air.

disconnect the 2P connector from the egr control solenoid apply voltage, do this with the engine on and the engine should stall if not then theres your problem, sometimes the solenoid will click but will not open up to let vacuum or it could be burned too.
