Default Help - clutch switch to start engine?

1989 Prelude 5 speed - where is the switch that is activated by the clutch that allows the igntion from the key switch to reach the starter? I know about the switch on the top of the clutch pedal, but that is for the crusie control and does not affect the starting of the car. Thanks.
