Default Help!

Trying to get my crankpulley off and the bolt has seized. Im using a impact wrench with four hundred foot pounds and it still wont come out. What are my options here? I think the only option may be to drill it out any suggestions??

Soak it with some anti-seize (wd-40, aerokrol, etc). Let it sit for a while, then hit it again with the impact GUN.

Do not drill it off. I assume the motor is still in the car? Do a search, there has been a few threads with some tricks discussed in the past.
